EPF Pension (EPS) Calculator

How is EPS Pension Calculated?

The standard formula used for calculating EPS pension is:

Monthly Pension = (Pensionable Salary × Pensionable Service) / 70

Features of EPS:

  • A minimum of 10 years of eligible service is required.
  • If you have completed 20 years of service, an additional 2 years are added as a bonus.
  • The pensionable salary is currently capped at ₹15,000 per month for most employees, though the Supreme Court ruling may allow higher pension for those who opted for it correctly.
